The Lagos State Government on Monday re-arraigned convicted billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly known as Evans.
Evans and his co-defendant, Joseph Emeka, appeared before Justice A. O. Ogala at the Lagos High Court in Ikeja to face a five-count charge. The charges border on the murder of two police officers, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit kidnapping.
Both men pleaded not guilty to all counts.
