The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, on Monday lauded Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, as he marked his 40th birthday.
In a message shared on his X handle, Minister Tunji-Ojo referred to Seyi as his “brother” and described him as a figure of “depth, growth and character.”
“Turning 40 is more than a milestone; it is a celebration of depth, growth, and character,” Tunji-Ojo wrote. “You have carried yourself through life with quiet confidence, kindness, and an unwavering sense of purpose that inspires everyone.”
The Minister further praised the President’s son, calling him “a symbol of the resilience of the Nigerian youth.”
Tunji-Ojo, who is 43, holds the distinction of being one of Nigeria’s youngest ministers, having been nominated by President Tinubu at the age of 41. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he represented the Akoko North East/Akoko North West Federal Constituency of Ondo State in the House of Representatives from 2019 to 2023.
The Minister concluded his message with a prayer for Seyi: “May this new chapter usher in fresh blessings, renewed strength, and endless reasons to be thankful.”
