The disruption sparked widespread frustration among professionals, creatives, and businesses who depend on the service for daily content creation. Acknowledging the issue on the social media platform X, Canva stated, “Not the ideal situation right now, but we’re working on it.” The company directed users to its official status page, canvastatus.com, for real-time updates.
